Luca Blight from Suikoden 2, hes probably the most evil villain in a video game ever. Kefka was right evil and so was Ramirez from Skies of Arcadia Oh and theres no evil trio, those two wannabes arent even on my fucking level. |

Sephiroth is more evil. His looks just spells evil. The cover doesn't make the book. It's not because I have long hair, a back cloak and a katana that I am evil. Same thing applies to Sephiroth. OMG! He killed some people, burned a town and summoned a meteor!  That is fucking evil! He didn't destroy any planets or killed entire population as far as I know. |
