I used to lift a fair amount, but only for being in shape. I never went for maximum lifts except bench I finally lifted 305. But my usual max bench was about 275 until I tried to get it higher over a 2 month period. Right now, I am probably down at about 225 and it would strain me!. I am going to work out right now though, so we shall see......

I lift...but I never keep track of how much I lift. I just steadily increase the weight every month.

I lift box of about 50 kilos all night at my job...total gets over 10 tons...and I'm paid for it!

In other words that could suck complete ass. I mainly do bench cuz i have a bum leg n im weigh about 125- 130 n can put up 170.

Forgot about that I am around 150lb. Then I'd say that ur bench is pretty good but you could improve a lot on the squat. I don't do deadlift so i dont know and i have no clue wat cling is. i can do about 400-450 on the squat.

And my legs are much stronger than my arms...In combat, it is much better to use the arms as shields and legs as weapons...since using legs as shields isn't very smart and using arms as weapons opens yourself to enemies attacks...
