Personally, I think it would be better if each kindom had a different name for their seconds in commmand.

Second in command can be any grades...not only advisors...The second in command could also be called "temporary rulers" and will be in charge of things during the leader's absence.
Is qualification is determined with the trust with his ruler, in other words, the second in command will be officer that the ruler trusts the most or think is the best to do the job because of his/her activity in the forum.
Call them as you want, they are not an official rank.

I know enough about COK to have an opinion on this matter, if it were called something. Advisors would be better suited, they are the men who assist the ruler politically and militarily, and just guide them along with out-of-battle planning. Warlords and Strategists are ranks that have to do with battle, not politics

Yeah, they have more military power, it's been a while since I played. A broken PS2 doesn't help! In RTK, they are also related to politic affairs...

Heh...me too. Not that my PS is messed up, or my game's scratched....just 'cause I have a problem with sticking with one game at a time. Like, right now, I just bought Kya for the PS2, Unreal Championship and Arx Fatalis for the XBox. I got I think into 5 years with Zhawxuwa Jen (...somethin' like that) in RTK 7.
