That's an easy stage.
So far I cleared Shu and Wei Musou Modes.
I used Zhao Yun and Ma Chao for Shu (did it twice) and Xiahou Dun for Wei. I am using Zhou Yu for Wu.

I got 9999 KOs in DW3's chang ban  Uuuh...is that suppose to give you some 'Nasty "cred" or somethin'....? 'Cause Hammer, and I have too, have gotten 9999 KO counts in many levels. For me, it's Chi Bi, Chang Ban, WZP, YTR, He Fei (and maybe a few more). Shut, man. I was pretty bored, and this guy at GFAQS made a topic for "How much KOs can you get in one stage".  It was a few months back. |

And I once got over 1000 KOs in Xiao Qiao's mountain bandit campaign! ;D

You could do it, but that's because you're good at DW3...
What was fun in DW3 was, when I had everything, I deleted my game and restarted, first thing I did was Zhang He's musou mode on hard and got his 4th weapon on his first stage. I did the same for Zhang Fei and Zhao Yun, but in free mode. Sadly, you can't do this in DW4 since you need the 9th weapon...

It was a few months back. I used to go to the DW3 Board on Gamefaqs about a year ago, then I just stopped, it had a seemingly newb invasion thanks to DW4... I have too gotten 9999 kills... on those long rainy summer days. I got one at Hu Lao Gate ( which wasn't easy...), Chang Ban ( which was the easiest ), Chi Bi, He Fei Castle, and Wu Zhang Plains. It must be something to get 9999 kills at The Yellow Turban Rebellion, I find it hard to get over 2,000, my allies always become a nuisance. Just for the record, have you ever played DW3: XL? |

Hard in YTR? Just wait until all your allies are dead, fight near He Jin and slowly advance to the north gate...but because of the waiting at the beginning, I ran out of time at over 8000 KOs  And IMO, Hu Lao gates was easier than Chang Ban... New question now, did you ever got 1000 KOs in the mountain bandit campaign?  |

Ah... another DW3 veteran. They are rare these days, hopefully you are very skilled in it, if so I am looking forward to meeting you in a battle. FoL sounds like a warrior! but replace DW3 with something better! And for the record...i..like SOE and many others, had to sell DW3 to get DW4 And yes i was good at it but it was before i found DW tournies online |

Anyways... I always save my allies, its a habit. Maybe thats why I can't get kills quickly on YTR. Hu Lao gate is very hard if you use the gates by Dong Zhuo, your allies screw it all up for your. I lured Lu Bu to each commander in the stage so that he killed them all ;D then I killed Lu Bu and got my kills. Oh yeah... I got 9999 kills on the Nanman Campaign... on DW3 ofcourse. The only good think about DW4 is the music that they play in the date base; it is very good stuff.

That's it- just ditch them. At YTR, just go strait for the NW gate, and cross the river. The reinforcements will come in, and all the allis should bite the dust. YTR was my easiest. |

I did that alot when maxing everyone's health and musou; I got clear times below 2 minutes.
