Weather and events were pretty calm for now, so let's heat things up!  A storm hit Jiang Xia and made it out of access. The flood of the river in the east destroyed the bridge, disabling the road from Jiang Xia to Jian Dong. A plague broke out in Ling Ling. The city is infected and any officers in contact with it will be too making them unable to act. A storm of locus hitted the region of Xia Bian, lowering the crops by 1. |

The plague in Ling Ling spreaded to Wu Ling!
The storm at Jiang Xia stopped, but the bridge is still destroyed.
The river north of Jan Zhong flooded, cutting access of the 3 bridges.
A storm has hit Xia Pi, blocking all roads.

The access of the 3 briges was restored.

But Locust attacks can only happen in the most north-eastern territories. Unless SOE wants to brake the rules of ROTK It's because I choose a city at random after choosing an event, so basicly, it can happen everywhere.  |
