Hours per city (h/c) is the speed at which units travels the land.
As the name implies, the smaller the value, the better it is.
This is also used to determine the speed of horses.
The speed of a walking warrior is 5 Hours per city (h/c). This speed is only used when a warrior is required somewhere except for battles. Every warriors will reach the battle field at the second they are sent if they are not busy with other matters and if it is not a surprise attack.
