Each kingdoms have three stats: technology, crops and defense.
Technology allows the kingdom to invent things. The limit for the technology is 10, but there is a way to push this limit even further. Inventions have lots of good effects on your kingdom.
Crops determine how much money your kingdom will get every 48 hours. Every kingdoms will start with 10 crops and the maximum is the number of lands x 2. If there is less crops than the number of lands, some lands could suffer from riots. Some natural disaster can lower the number of crops.
Defense determine the cost that the enemy will have to pay to attack a city. The defense level of a city is fixed to the city, so after taking a city, it will stay at the level it was when you took the city. (unless you used an invention to lower it) The maximum defense level is 4, but there is a way to increase it even further.
Each kingdoms can set themselves a politic. Those will give the kingdom advantages when they are working on a specific aspect of their kingdom. However, after changing a politic, you have to wait 5 days until you can change it to something else.
None: Nothing special.
Offensive: Cost of battle is down by 10%, but it cost 10% more to increase the defensive of a city and you have more chances to suffer from a surprise attack.
Defensive: Cost for raising the defense level is down by 10% and you have less chances to suffer from a surprise atack, but the price for attacks is up by 10%.
Crops: The price to raise the crops is down by 10%, but the price for the technology is up by 10%.
Technology: The price to raise the technology level is 10% and the time to build inventions is shortened, but the price to raise crops is up by 10%.
