Banned Accounts
Once an account is banned, it is banned permanently. The only circumstances under which a banned account will be restored is if the user falsely stated that they were under 13 years of age. In these cases, a user's account may be restored with scanned proof of age, in the form of an offical document (drivers license, official state ID, school transcript). Without this proof, the account will not be restored.
If this is your circumstance, send an e-mail to boardhelp@gamefaqs.com, including the phrase "Not Underage" as part of the e-mail subject. Your e-mail must include the following information: Your account name, and an attachment with scanned proof of age as outlined above.
Scan your birth certificate or ID and send it to the address with the title.
